Using diet pills is recommended as a help only.
From my experience in weight loss, I feel I
should share with you that they are great
helpers when one is eliminating toxins, for
while eliminating toxins, the body has a
tendency to send you hunger signals. That is
because the removal of toxins lowers your
natural vitamins levels, and this causes the
body to ask to replenish the stock in the only
way it can: by shouting for food.
This, of course, is contrary to the goal of
someone who is in the process of losing weight.
On the other hand, being hungry or feeling
hunger pangs is very uncomfortable. One is
actually in pain and pain is one of the most
powerful motivators. It overrides almost any
resolve. I cannot count the number of times I
gave in to the hunger pain signals and
compensated by eating something.
Anything! As long as I would be freed from that
nagging empty feeling I felt inside. How
relieved I felt after giving in to my body's
demands, yet how utterly disappointed I was in
my demonstration of weak character! I escaped
from this vicious circle by adding diet
supplements to my diminishing daily rations.
Extra vitamins couldn't do any harm, I thought,
and I was right. The hunger pangs became much
less frequent and losing my weight became a lot
easier.
